UP Teacher Brutally Beats Student with 30 Pipe Strikes for Incomplete Homework; Girl Requires Surgery


Fatehpur, UP: A shocking incident has come to light from Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a teacher allegedly beat an eighth-grade girl mercilessly for not completing her homework. The assault, carried out with a plastic pipe, reportedly involved around 30 strikes to the student’s hand, causing severe swelling and injury. The girl has been admitted to a hospital and doctors have recommended surgery.

Incident Details

The victim, Nausheen, studies at Central School Junior High, Bhitora area, in Tharayanv police jurisdiction. On Monday, while the teacher was checking students’ homework, Nausheen’s incomplete work reportedly angered the teacher. The teacher allegedly removed a plastic pipe attached to a water tank and struck the student repeatedly. The blows targeted her right hand, causing extreme pain and swelling.

The girl returned home crying, prompting her mother, Soni, wife of Yakub Ahmed, to confront the teacher at the school. Reports claim that the teacher behaved rudely and sent them away without addressing the concern.

Medical Attention and Police Action

Following the assault, Nausheen’s family took her to a private hospital in Fatehpur, where doctors warned that surgery is necessary to prevent gangrene or permanent damage. The mother filed a complaint at the local police station, and the Tharayanv police have initiated an investigation.

The incident has sparked outrage in the community, raising questions about disciplinary practices and child safety in schools. Authorities are now expected to take strict action against the teacher.
